My name’s Nathan Ellinthorpe, I’m a lifelong fanatic from California currently playing for the Drummoyne Devils in Sydney, Australia. Here’s us after winning the Australian Water Polo League last April!
What will this be?
Water Polo Weekly is my attempt at creating something that doesn’t exist yet; exciting written content about our sport.
I think water polo really is the greatest sport in the world, most people just don’t know it yet!
I want to tell unheard stories that show just how special water polo is.
I want to give young players and new parents advice that actually helps.
I want to help spread awareness of what water polo looks like in lesser known places around the world.
There are lots of articles about water polo on the internet, but they tend to be so intellectual that most people aren’t interested. I’m more focused on writing things that a broader audience would enjoy!
I’m interested in learning what water polo fans want to read about. If there’s something water polo related that you’re interested in and want to learn more about, let me know! Content will range widely until I find out what you guys like most.
